We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

We will are committed to our customers satisfaction and if there is a problem with an order we will work to make it right. Please email us with any issues and we will resolve them in a timely manner. 

Our normal return policy is if you are not fully satisfied after 30 days we will take it back!

If 31 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund is not obligated by us. Contact us directly for specific situations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only the purchase price for items will be refunded. On our orders there is a mandatory 10% restocking fee for all returns.
